Dr. Javers is the Vice-President of Technology for Houdek. Dr. Javers is formally trained in chemistry, microbiology, and leadership. Jeremy has served in roles ranging from Lab Technician to Vice President level in R&D, QA/QC, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management. Dr. Javers has had extensive experience in building and leading high performing, multi-disciplinary, multi-company teams to support strategic agricultural industry initiatives; demonstrated multiple examples of personnel and workforce development; has a hands-on understanding of all aspects of agricultural processing from concept to commercialization; and proven success in value-added agricultural technology diligence, development and deployment impacting approximately 100 million tons of commodity processing per year providing food, energy, environmental, consumer goods, and U.S. economic stability. Dr. Javers career goal is to bring value to agriculture by safely developing culture, people, process, and product.
