Rosa Sanchez, MEng

Rosa Sanchez is the Global R&D/Applications Director for EverGrain™ by AB InBev. Rosa has been working for EverGrain for over two years, delivering nutritious and delicious applications, all inclusive of EverPro® Upcycled Certified™ barley protein. She previously worked as Sr. Group Manager – Beverage Applications for IFF, where she led a team of 13 scientists working on several leading brands. Prior to leading the IFF Beverage Group, she held Program Manager position at Pepperidge Farms in which she led Frozen Category R&D.

Rosa has a Masters Degree in Food Technology and Processing from the University of Alberta. She has over 15 years of experience in the Food Industry with a focus in Applications and R&D.
