Junji Obi is a researcher, central research laboratory at Nissui corporation, Japan.
He completed master's degree in developing the analysis method of aroma ingredients in milk fat.
His current work is to utilize the physiological functions and chemical properties of fatty acids, especially polyunsaturated fatty acids.
One of his dreams is developing odorless and highly bioavailable fish oil.
