She is working lipid oxidation mechanism and antoxidant activity in food system such as bulk oil, salad dressing. She worked with Dr. Decker and Dr. McClements on lipid oxidation in emulsion systems. Currently, she is working in Food engineering depertmant at Inonu University in Turkey and working on lipid oxidation and antioxidant mechanism in different food matrix. Also, she is working at Nutrition nad Dietettics Depertmant.
