I am also an AOCS member since 2014. My main expertise research area is fat crystallization, high-intensity ultrasound, and oleogels.
I was awarded twice by AOCS as a 2018 AOCS honored student and the 2020 AOCS Young Researcher European Section Travel Grant.
And I have published 32 papers in peer-reviewed journals, one book chapter, and I have presented my research at 15 international meetings.
