Arturo Auñon-Lopez

Arturo Auñon-Lopez holds a master's degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, obtained in the University of Murcia (Spain). He currently works as a PhD student in the University of Vienna where he carries out his research as part of his doctoral studies in Chemistry. His research interests focus on studying the links between lipid oxidation and protein oxidation and the occurrence of Maillard reactions in different types of food.
