Mikael Fabritius is a postdoctoral researcher in Food Sciences at the University of Turku, Finland. In his doctoral thesis work, Mikael has focused on developing liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric methodologies for structural analysis of lipids, most notably triacylglycerol and phospholipid regioisomers in complex natural samples. Currently he is working on integrating the structural analysis methods to comprehensive and untargeted lipidomics protocols.
