Negar Haghighatpanah, PhD, is a researcher in the field of Food Science and Technology, currently studying as a PhD student at McGill University. Her doctoral research centers on food packaging materials to reduce spoilage and pathogenic bacteria to improve food microbiological safety and quality. Negar earned her master's degree in food packaging and structural analysis of polysaccharides from Tehran University, located in Tehran, Iran. Before enrolling at McGill University, she worked as a research assistant in the field of food packaging.
