I am Jeanne Gallard, French PhD Student at Laboratoire de Chimie AgroIndustrielle (LCA) and Toulouse Biotechnology Institute (TBI).
After my graduation at INSA Toulouse (France) in biological engineering, I started my PhD about greenhouse gases absorption and their enzymatic transformation. It mixes green chemistry, biotechnologies and industrial processes. At AOCS 2024, I will present the synthesis of a biosourced surfactant made of amphiphilic phytosterols.
