Zhehan Jiang is graduate student in Dalhousie University. Zhehan's research focuses on analytical method development, lipid oxidation and antioxidants. He recieved his BEng degree from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2017 and recieved his MsC degree in Food Science from Dalhousie University.
