My name is Kyoichi Osada. I am professor in Department of Agricultural Chemistry, Faculty of Agriculture, Meiji University, Japan. My degree is from Kyushu University, Ph.D., 1994. My main research interests are cholesterol and lipid metabolism and function of polyphenol.
For a long time, we have studied the toxic effects of oxidized cholesterol. I have also studied the functionality of apple polyphenol. I am currently studying the toxicity of oxidized phytosterol, the functionality of citrus polyphenols, and the functionality of xanthohumol.
