Daniel Golodnizky is a Ph.D. student in the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering at the Technion. His expertise lies in the characterization of fats and oils molecular structures and their relation to their sensorial properties, such as textures, melting profiles, and flow behavior. In addition to being a scientist, he used to play for the Israeli national ice hockey team. He is currently finalizing his Ph.D. and looking for his next challenge in Berlin.
