I am Hyuk Choi, currently pursuing my PhD at Florida State University under the guidance of Dr. Leqi Cui.
My research focuses on investigating the impact of micelles on lipid oxidation through the substitution of NaCl with KCl.
During my master's, I studied lipid oxidation, and I also gained experience working at an institute within a vegetable oil manufacturing company.
This practical experience inspired me to pursue a PhD degree in the field.
