Noor Hidayu Othman is a Chief Chemical Engineer II working under Department of Processing Technology - Oils & Fats at Sime Darby Plantation Research Sdn Bhd. She is a life member of the Malaysian Oil Scientists’ and Technologist Association (MOSTA) since 2018 and currently in her 6th semester of pursuing a PhD in Food Engineering under the Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Her research work focuses on Processing Technology and Innovation, Green and Sustainability Technology, Process Improvement and Optimization and Industrial Revolution 4.0, which aims to drive Sime Darby Oil Refineries for future innovation and provide technical expertise to our stakeholders in achieving their operational excellence.
