I am project manager of the analytical laboratory and food application division at IMPROVE. I hold a master 1 in biochemistry and specialized in master 2 in applied blue biotechnology. During my professional experience I acquired experience in the field of in vitro digestibility and developed my expertise in the biochemical, structural and functional characterization of macromolecules.
