Yuqing Zhang is a doctoral researcher in the Department of Life Technologies at the University of Turku, Finland. Her research is mainly focused on structured lipids such as triacylglycerols, polyunsaturated fatty acids, and lipidomics. In addition, the regio and stereoisomer chromatogram separation of the triacylglycerol molecular and their elution behavior.
