Glen Lelyn Quan is the Manager of Global R&D Team from Saraya Research Institute, Saraya Co., Ltd., a Japanese-based company. After obtained her Master’s degree in Chemistry, she started her career in Saraya Co., Ltd. from 2008. She has been active in Saraya's global expansion ever since, including that of Saraya’s sophorolipid raw material, SOFORO, and its brand applications. SOFORO is currently being used in detergents and cosmetics because of its excellent biological and environmental compatibility. For the annual meeting, she will talk about the application of sophorose lipid in baby care formulations.
