Tiffany Kwan (she/they) is a Scientist with Novonesis (formerly Novozymes). An application scientist who specializes in microbes, she is a member of the Microbial Cleaning Global Deployment team, which brings microbial solutions to everyday cleaning. Tiffany has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and a MSc in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences from The University of Georgia, and has worked in both academia and industry for 15 years in areas encompassing wastewater nitrification, microbial growth kinetics, animal gut health, probiotics, foodborne pathogens, mathematical modeling, biofuel production, and now household care products. Tiffany's skills include assay development and optimization, in vitro models, mathematical modeling, benchtop bioreactors, proof of concept research and product efficacy support.

Tiffany is an advocate of Diverstiy, Equity, and Inclusion and co-leads her organization's LGBTQ+ employee resource group.
