Christopher Loren Gene Dayton, Senior Manager OIls Technology Manufacturing Excellence at Bunge Limited.

Graduated from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) in May 1986 with a BS in Chemistry. I have been employed by Bunge Limited almost 38 years working in various positions in the research, development and implementation of analytical instrumentation and new industrial processes. A pioneer in utilizing enzymes in lipid matrices from development of new never seen enzymes for unique lipase selectivity, to industrial implementation of enzymatic degumming, and enzymatic interesterification. Work proceeds in the development of "decolorase" enzymes for chlorophyll and chlorophyll derivate removal. Granted 24 United States Patents and am a United States Patent Agent.
