I manage the implementation of third-party sustainability certification programs for Shell Chemicals North America operations. Previously, I led the implementation of health and safety management systems as part of the build and startup of our Pennsylvani polyethylene facility. Prior to Shell Chemicals, I was in Shell's North America upstream division, holding various roles in our production operations in the Marcellus and Utica Basin.
