Thanh Pham has her Bacherlor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science and Master of Science in Biomedical Science and Microbiology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Quinnipiac University, respectively. She joins Novonesis since 2014 contributing to various projects throughout the years. She started in Research and Development building high-throughput methods and processes for microbial identification, characterization, preservation and stability for agricultural applications. Currently, she is focusing on application research for Industrial Cleaning as well as providing guidance to customers on cleaning solutions for membrane clean-in-place processes.
