Larissa is graduated in biomedical science (2015) with Food Technology Mastership at Unicamp (2018) and now she is finishing her PhD in Food Technology at Unicamp. She has been working with Fats and Oils area for almost 7 years mainly with emergent feedstock like macaúba developing lipid bases through chemical and enzymatic interesterification. Larissa has been working at Cargill as a product, processes and development specialist in fats and oils area.
