Mr.Grégory Bauwens successfully graduated in bioengineering (chemistry orientation) at the University of Liege, Belgiumin 2020. His mater thesis was focused on the optimization on an completely hyphenated LC-GC×GC-TOFMS/FID platform for the analysis of mineral oil. Being very interested in this topic, he has recently started a PhD focused on the application of advanced analytical techniques for the determination of mineral oil in foods.
