Friedrich Büse

Friedrich Büse is a true ambassador for plant-based food and alternative proteins. His enthusiasm is infectious, and his forward-thinking ideas are based on more than 40 years of experience in al-most every area of the food industry in more than 50 countries. For the last 20 years, he has focused his entrepreneurial experience in plant-based food development, production and international market-ing. In 2015 he became founder and shareholder of the plant-based foods company, endori GmbH & Co, Bamberg, Germany. Since 2019 he has been advisor of “The Nature’s Richness Group”, part of Pfeif-er & Langen IHKG, among others also former Board Member of Vbites, GB. In 2023, he founded his new start-up Irodima Holding GmbH, dedicated to researching, developing, and producing foods aligned with the Planetary Health Diet, following the 'from field to fork' principle – pursuing the mission: "Shaping a better world with every bite" He is a member of BALPro and ENSA.
