Don Hearl is currently National Market Manager – Filtration for J. Rettenmaier USA LP. Don has over 29 years of experience in separations technologies including pressure leaf and cake filters, automatic self-cleaning filters, cartridge and membrane filtration. Don has helped customers solve filtration and separations challenges in various industries including specialty chemical, oil & gas and edible oil processes. Don was formerly employed by USFilter, Filterite, Pall Corporation and MAHLE. Don has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland. He currently resides in Bristol, TN
