Roberto Berbesi is a Chemical Engineer, who currently holds the title of Sales and Technical Manager for Latin-America. He was born in Colombia, where he worked as an engineer in Processing, Projects, and R&D for 11 years and acquired valuable experience in the processing of Palm, Soybean and Sunflower oils among others. Roberto has written several technical articles in respected technical publications of Latin-America and USA and has made more than 30 technical presentations in short courses. Roberto is a member of AOCS and the leadership team for the Latin American section since 2001. In 2011 he was the chair of the Latin America congress of AOCS in Cartagena and served on the governing board for 3 years.
