Serkan KIYAK, born 10 June 1985 is a chemical engineer who served as Sales and Marketing Manager, in HUM (Halit UZUN Mühendislik) Engineering Office since 2012. He previously worked for three years as a Process Engineer, in ÜLKER Besler Gıda ve Kimya, from 2008 to 2010, and concurrently completed a master's degree in the Food Technology Department at Gebze Technical University and at the Process Engineering Department in Tu/e in the Netherlands between 2010 and 2012. KIYAK, who also speaks English and Russian, is married and has two children. Specialties: Edible fats & oils processing and refining, fats & oils extraction, fat modification, food processing, production management, process design and development, process troubleshooting, project management, and process equipment sales management.
