Enjoy light hors d’oeuvres and drinks with other attendees as you wrap up a day of learning! Evening networking receptions provide an opportunity to meet with exhibitors to learn about their products and services, stop by @home to learn more about AOCS and take a souvenir photo, or just relax! All attendees are welcome; no advance registration is required. Authors with poster presentations will also be available during evening receptions to answer questions about their research. Monday’s reception features poster authors from Protein and Co-Products, Surfactants and Detergents, and the Sustainable Protein Forum.
