Evening networking receptions provide an opportunity to meet with exhibitors to learn about their products and services, stop by @home to learn more about AOCS and take a souvenir photo, or just relax! All attendees are welcome; no advance registration is required. Authors with poster presentations will also be available during evening receptions to answer questions about their research. Monday’s reception features poster authors from Analytical, Biotechnology, Edible Applications Technology, Health and Nutrition, Industrial Oil Products, Lipid Oxidation and Quality, and Processing.
