Nuseed omega-3 canola oil — World’s first source of total omega-3

Dr. Yao will present novel plant- based ω3 LC-PUFAs derived from Nuseed’s omega-3 canola. She will show how the technology was developed and the regulatory approvals for both human and animal nutritional applications. Dr. Yao will discuss how this canola crop rich in DHA oil, now approved by multiple regulators in Australia, USA and Canada for large scale cultivation, is highly scalable and approved for human food and aquaculture feed applications. She will further show how such technology offerings will help meet the increasing market demand for ω3 LC-PUFAs as safe, cost effective, scalable and sustainable solutions as alternatives to conventional marine ω3 LC-PUFA.
