Mr Cumberford will present Ahiflower oil’s fatty acid profile and published science showing that dietary Ahiflower oil raises circulating EPA significantly while matching key tissue DHA needs (brain, liver) in mice. He will show how Ahiflower crops are grown regeneratively and scalably, enhancing pollinator biodiversity and soil microbial resiliency by UK farmers. He will show that Ahiflower oil creates meaningful complementary, value-added formulation options for conventional omega-3 EPA/DHA delivery systems.
