Soybean Innovation Lab: Processor-to-Processor / Soy 360 Initiative

Processor-to-Processor (P2P) and Soy 360 initiatives bring AOCS member expertise to oilseed processors in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) via a unique partnership between the USAID Feed the Future Soybean Innovation Lab, AOCS, and Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA). The Processor-to-Processor (P2P) and Soy 360 programs leverage the USAID-funded Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) Program, implemented by CNFA in Southern Africa. F2F provides technical assistance through volunteer assignments to promote sustainable improvements in food security in the SSA agricultural sector. Through the initiatives, AOCS member volunteers are matched with processor requests for technical assistance, sharing their expertise on food transformation with peer companies in SSA via one-on-one assignments or through short course training offerings.
